Adventure Series

Our Adventure Series of beers is all about exploration. We put great thought into the recipes we create, planning and plotting new additions to our taproom. It’s an expedition of sorts – a way for our guests to sample new styles of craft beer on a rotating basis. That’s why we decided to name our Adventure Series beers after famous world explorers, notable in history and name and tied tightly to the region of origin where each beer was born. Enjoy a pint in our biergarten or take some home in a crowler or growler.

Here’s a few favorites on tap now

cassia spiced winter ale

Embrace the warmth of the season with Cassia, Spiced Winter Ale, a delightful brew that captures the essence of winter in every sip. This inviting brew pours with a deep amber-red hue, reminiscent of a glowing fireplace on a chilly winter evening. Each sip reveals layers of rich malt character, perfectly balanced with a gentle spiciness that lingers on the palate. The smooth, medium body invites you to savor its warmth, making it the perfect companion for cold winter nights.

Enterprise Blonde Ale

Lost Worlds Brewing in partnership with Viacom/Paramount/CBS and the Star Trek franchise brings you Enterprise Blonde Ale – a beer to celebrate the spirit of exploration. Enterprise Blonde Ale pays homage to the iconic spaceship, the U.S.S. Enterprise that made its first appearance on television in 1966.

Rauchbier

Lost Worlds rauchbier greets you with the unmistakable embrace of smoky warmth, a tribute to both oak and beechwood smoldering deep within its malt bill. This is a beer to be savored on a chilly day – often with barbecue or other smoked meats. It’s the perfect beer for a crisp college football Saturday when a hint of wood smoke lingers in the air.

Goblin Juice Apple Pie Blonde Ale

This is a beer that delights in the unexpected, offering nostalgia and novelty in a single glass—sweet, spiced, and just a little bit wild. Built on a foundation of 2-row malt, it carries a smooth, malty sweetness, brightened by the subtle richness of light Munich malt and a delicate, tart snap from acidulated malt. Liberty hops, with their mild floral and herbal notes, lend a balancing act that whispers rather than shouts, allowing the star flavors to shine through. The real magic unfolds as the enchanting essence of apple cinnamon pie swirls into the brew

Squanto’s Spiced Pumpkin Ale

Squanto’s Spiced Pumpkin Ale is pumpkin pie in a glass. Infusing pure pumpkin puree as well as the traditional spices of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice into the mash births this autumn favorite. Our version comes with a bit of a twist as we utilize a Kveik yeast strain that yields a hint of sweet honey. Medium bodied with a nice orange/amber pumpkin color, Squanto’s Spiced Pumpkin Ale is sure to delight your fall palate.

Zorita Hazy Ipa

Zorita Hazy IPA is a beer that packs a punch with a very well disguised 7.8 ABV that drinks like velvet. From the first tendrils of aroma, this double hopped beer delivers a plethora of hope aromas including berries, stone fruits, and tropical fruits. Zorita Hazy IPA uses a concentration of three hops to deliver its strong aroma/flavor.

TwAIN’S AMBER ALE

Twain’s Amber Ale is our take on one of the classic styles that was a cornerstone in the craft beer revolution in the 1980s and 1990s. It is amber in color with a reddish hue, has a medium bodied malt backbone, and utilizes the classic American hops of Centennial and Cascade that yield a citrus, grapefruit aroma and flavor.

Morley’s Hefeweizen ale

It originated in the 1520's in the southern area of Bavaria, Germany. Generally made with a ratio of 50% wheat to 50% barley and left unfiltered, this style derives much of its character from its distinctive yeast which delivers the phenols of banana, clove, and notes of bubblegum or apples. Hefeweizen’s typically have minimal hop bitterness and a moderate level of alcohol. It’s a crisp, drinkable ale that ‘s a favorite during the summer months.
