But first, here’s everything you need to know about our first event at Metropolitan on September 14th:

The taproom will open at noon and activities will begin at 3 p.m. with a distinguished guest helping tap the first keg in true Munich fashion. Beginning at 4:30 p.m, attendees can enjoy German sing-along songs, polka dancing, and chicken dances by OOPS Polka Band on the Metropolitan center stage.

In addition, a stein holding contest will take place at 6:30 p.m, and guests are encouraged to don their best dirndl or lederhosen for the Dress for the Fest German costume contest at 7 p.m.

Lost World’s beer is permitted throughout the Metropolitan for this one-day event. New this year is Lost Worlds Fest Bier, served only on tap in both Charlotte and Cornelius locations.
