Adventure Series
Our Adventure Series of beers is all about exploration. We put great thought into the recipes we create, planning and plotting new additions to our taproom. It’s an expedition of sorts – a way for our guests to sample new styles of craft beer on a rotating basis. That’s why we decided to name our Adventure Series beers after famous world explorers, notable in history and name and tied tightly to the region of origin where each beer was born. Enjoy a pint in our biergarten or take some home in a crowler or growler.
Here’s more about our adventure series beers on tap
Nebra Pilsner
Nebra Pilsner is a beer for those moments you gaze at stars and embrace a moment of wonder. Hailing from Bavaria, Nebra German Pilsner is clean, crisp, and refreshing lager that is characterized with a noticeable noble hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness from Zuper Saazer hops
Enterprise Blonde Ale
Lost Worlds Brewing in partnership with Viacom/Paramount/CBS and the Star Trek franchise brings you Enterprise Blonde Ale – a beer to celebrate the spirit of exploration. Enterprise Blonde Ale pays homage to the iconic spaceship, the U.S.S. Enterprise that made its first appearance on television in 1966.
Henson’s Brown Ale
Hensons American Brown Ale is dark brown with caramel and chocolate-like malt tones. It carries noticeable citrus hop notes from the use of the two classic American hops of Cascade and Centennial.
Stinnes Helles Lager
Our brew team had a berry good idea when they introduced this new concoction. It all starts with our award-winning Emmer Wheat beer, then we add blueberries to the mash for a winning combination. Your taste buds will thank you!
Sargon Red lager
A Red (Amber) Lager is a variation of a Vienna Lager. Our Sargon Red Lager is amber in color with reddish hues. Its sweet caramel with slight toffee and nutty notes come from the use of English Dark Crystal malt. The use of German Hersbrucker hops complement these characteristics with subtle aromas of floral and fruity notes.
Saturnalia Chocolate Stout
This is a dark, rich and full bodied American Stout. It is conditioned with Peruvian and Equadorian Cacao Nibs that give a silky and chocolaty flavor that compliments the chocolate and roasted malts used to make this decadent beverage.
TwAIN’S AMBER ALE
Twain’s Amber Ale is our take on one of the classic styles that was a cornerstone in the craft beer revolution in the 1980s and 1990s. It is amber in color with a reddish hue, has a medium bodied malt backbone, and utilizes the classic American hops of Centennial and Cascade that yield a citrus, grapefruit aroma and flavor.
Hansa Bock
The style known now as bock was a dark, malty, lightly hopped ale first brewed in the 14th century by German brewers in the Hanseatic town of Einbeck. Lost Worlds Hansa Winter Bock is a copper brown in color. It hits the palate with a rich malty and slightly nutty taste – with a hint of chocolate tones. It’s the beer of gratitude., and with an 8 percent ABV, it also warms the heart when we need it most.
Morley’s Hefeweizen ale
It originated in the 1520's in the southern area of Bavaria, Germany. Generally made with a ratio of 50% wheat to 50% barley and left unfiltered, this style derives much of its character from its distinctive yeast which delivers the phenols of banana, clove, and notes of bubblegum or apples. Hefeweizen’s typically have minimal hop bitterness and a moderate level of alcohol. It’s a crisp, drinkable ale that ‘s a favorite during the summer months.
