Many Faces Green Tea Rice Lager

The Story

Many Faces is our beer to celebrate the uniqueness of each and every individual. Last summer, Lost Worlds hosted an intern from the Many Faces Program, which seeks to foster inclusiveness by bringing individuals from different backgrounds and races into the craft brewery community. This Green Tea Rice Lager was initially developed as part of Nichelle's capstone project and our guests liked the beer and all that it stands for today. At Lost Worlds, it represents our appreciation for other cultures and backgrounds and the differences in all of us that make life an adventure.

The Beer

This beer is based on the recipe that our Many Faces intern Nichele Deese made in the summer of 2022. The pleasant aromas come from the use of Matcha Green Tea, flaked rice, and Contessa hops which have green tea characteristics. This is complimented with a slight bitter flavor from the Matcha Green Tea and the smoothness of the flaked rice. Very refreshing and easy drinking.
